The name says it all, really. This isn’t so much of a recipe as just a yummy thing. I like fresh pineapple a great deal, and here is a way to make it sparkle even more. Choose a ripe, sweet pineapple, and enjoy the way that the chilli and paprika enhance, rather than disguise, its flavour. Although this sounds weird, it is actually excellent, even for very wimpy chili-eaters like me. It would make a simple yet delicious dessert at any dinner, or a quick afternoon snack or picnic contribution. Slice the pineapple into small, bite sized pieces, then dust with paprika and a pinch of chili. Serve at once.
